D I R E C T I O N S 1)    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2)    In a medium size bowl, mix together light brown sugar, salt, baking soda, and flour until well blended together. 3)    In a large pan on the stove over medium-high heat, melt your brown sugar, water, and salted butter. Continually stir until mixture comes to a boil. 4)    Remove from heat and immediately stir in semi sweet chocolate chips and Reeses peanut butter cups. Mix until melted. 5)    Beat in eggs with a whisk and then stir into the chocolate mixture.6)    Add in the dry ingredients from your medium bowl and whisk together until completely combined (If dough feels runny, add 1 Tbsp. at a time until you reach the consistency you are happy with). 7)    Roll into ¼ cup size balls and place onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper.8)    Bake for 10 to 11 minutes.9)    When the cookies come out of the oven, gently press down with the bottom of medium size glass cup.

Peanut Butter Drizzle Directions 1) In your medium microwave safe bowl, melt one cup of reeses peanut butter chips on 50% high, on increments of 30 seconds, stirring in between each time. 2) Once the chips have been fully melted, add 3 Tbsp. of Heavy Whipping Cream and whisk thoroughly until fully combined.3) Add Drizzle to small plastic bag and cut off small tip at one end of the bag. Quickly drizzle mixture onto cookies (with a piece of parchment paper underneath cooling rack to catch loose drizzle).4) Allow drizzle to fully harden, and enjoy your cookies!
