Grease mini bundt pan with floured baking spray and set aside. 2)    In a stand mixer, with a whisk attachment, mix together buttermilk, eggs, egg yolks, vinegar, vanilla, and food coloring. 3)    In a separate medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, and cocoa powder.4)    Add dry ingredients, ½ cup at a time until all of the dry ingredients are mixed in with the wet ingredients. 5)    Mix in mini chocolate chips with a spatula until fully combined.6)    Pour batter into your mini bundt cake tin, filling your tin up 2/3 full. 7)    Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. 8)    After about 5 minutes, remove mini bundt cakes from tin, and place on a cooling rack to cool completely before applying glaze.
